Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping products purchased from Okavango Wildlife Prints. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Processing Time 

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number

2. Shipping Options & Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, destination, and chosen shipping method

   We offer the following shipping options:    

      Domestic: Australia

  • Express: 1-4 Business Days on orders $0.00 AUD and up           $15.00       
  • Standard: 2-8 Business Days on orders $100 AUD and up            FREE 

  • Standard: 2-8 Business Days on orders $0.00 AUD and up           $10.00

       International

  • Standard International: 6-27 Business Days 

          $15.00       

 3. Shipping Destinations 

  • We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, countries in the Asia Pacific Region, Canada, the United States, South America, Africa, India and the Middle East, Great Britain and most European Countries

  •  Please Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their orders. Customers should first check with their country's custom office to determine what additional costs may apply before making a purchase

  • International shipping may take longer depending on the time it takes for your package to clear customs

4.  Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

  •  Please Note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. Customers will be notified at checkout if we can't deliver to a P.O. Box address       

 5. Shipping Interruptions 

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or postal service interruptions
